When do we roast our coffees?

With each order being roasted to order, we roast on Monday each week. Our ordering cutoff is each Sunday at 5pm CST. Orders received after 5pm CST will likely be roasted a week from the next roast day.

When will my coffee ship?

With orders being roasted on Mondays, we run each coffee batch through a quality control process on Tuesday mornings and we ship each order out on Tuesday afternoons. We use UPS and USPS as our primary couriers. We currently only ship to the USA.
