HOW TO BREW FOR COLD BREW

Cold Brew Concentrate

Coffee: 85g

Water: 946g (1 Qt)

Temp: Room Temp

Ratio: 1:11.13 (coffee : water)

Grind: Coarse (Medium Side of Coarse) 

Brew Time: 12-24hrs

  1. Grind 85g of coffee on the medium side of coarse and place into a filter sock

  2. Submerge coffee in 946g or 1Qt of room temp water

  3. Allow coffee to steep in the water for 18-24 hrs

  4. Remove coffee and strain

  5. Store concentrate in the refrigerator and dilute 1:1 with water or milk then serve over ice

    • Ex. 3oz Cold Brew Concentrate per 3oz Water/Milk then served over ice

  6. Consume within 2-3 weeks
